Quarterly update

Good news.  My MRI from this morning is stable.  Still no evidence of disease (NED)!  I'm on a roll.  My follow up with the oncologist is Friday but I don't expect to hear anything I don't already know.

Hopefully I can just copy and paste this in December! Now back to your regularly scheduled programming.
